Advisory Board Member
As a member of the Advisory Board, you act as an independent and engaged sounding partner for the board and shareholders. You share your experience and expertise to support the organisation on strategic matters, without being involved in day-to-day management. Your role is advisory, reflective and directional.
Chief Commercial Director (CCO)
As Commercial Director, you are responsible for strengthening and expanding the commercial position of an internationally operating organisation. You develop and execute the commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth in revenue, margins and client relationships. In doing so, you combine market insight, strategic clarity and leadership.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As Managing Director, you are ultimately responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of an internationally operating mid-sized organisation. You safeguard business continuity and set direction for further growth and development, with a focus on both long-term value and day-to-day performance.
Chief Financial Director (CFO)
As Finance Director, you are ultimately responsible for the financial strategy and continuity of an internationally operating organisation. You provide insight, control and direction, and support the board in both strategic and operational decision-making. You act as guardian of financial health while also serving as an active sparring partner who looks beyond the numbers.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As Operations Director, you are responsible for the effective and consistent functioning of the organisation. You translate strategy into day-to-day execution and ensure that processes, people and resources are fully aligned. You oversee operational performance across countries and departments, creating structure, predictability and room for growth.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
As Technical Director, you are responsible for the organisation’s technological direction and capacity for innovation. You develop a clear technology vision and translate it into decisions and initiatives that strengthen competitiveness, scalability and sustainable growth. HR Director (CHRO)
As HR Director, you are responsible for HR policy and the further development of people and organisation within an internationally operating mid-sized enterprise.
