As HR Director, you are responsible for HR policy and the further development of people and organisation within an internationally operating mid-sized enterprise. You translate the organisation’s strategic ambitions into a coherent people and organisational agenda and ensure professional, future-oriented HR processes.

As HR Director, you are responsible for developing and delivering a future-oriented HR strategy aligned with broader organisational objectives. You connect strategy to practice and ensure that people, leadership and organisational development are strengthened in an integrated way.

  • Development and execution of the HR strategy;
  • Talent development, leadership development and succession planning;
  • Reward, performance management and organisational development;
  • HR processes, systems and governance in an international context;
  • Advising and supporting the board and management;
  • Safeguarding culture, engagement and employer positioning.
