Your responsibilities

As Operations Director, you are responsible for day-to-day operations and their continuous improvement. You ensure that processes are well designed, teams collaborate effectively and operational decisions contribute to broader organisational objectives.

  • Leading and optimising day-to-day operations;
  • Improving and embedding processes, structures and performance;
  • Leading international operational and functional teams;
  • Delivering objectives in quality, cost, delivery and capacity;
  • Identifying and managing operational risks;
  • Working closely with the board, management and key stakeholders.
