Your responsibilities
As Operations Director, you are responsible for day-to-day operations and their continuous improvement. You ensure that processes are well designed, teams collaborate effectively and operational decisions contribute to broader organisational objectives.
- Leading and optimising day-to-day operations;
- Improving and embedding processes, structures and performance;
- Leading international operational and functional teams;
- Delivering objectives in quality, cost, delivery and capacity;
- Identifying and managing operational risks;
- Working closely with the board, management and key stakeholders.
